Binding Clinics

Have you wanted to learn how to fully machine bind a quilt, can’t wrap your head around single fold binding or binding a curve? Have your question answered at a Binding Clinic with Florence! This is a great chance to finish up a quilt, and make room for a new project this spring!

These clinics are for those who want to enhance their skills or try a new style of binding -if you are looking for binding 101 let us know and we'll set up a clinic for the basics!  Bring your completed project and spend three hours improving your quilt binding skills. This is a hands on class - we recommend bringing a smaller project so you can work through the steps and get further on your project.

Thurs. 3/19- from 1:00-4:00 basic machine binding

Sun. 3/22- from 12:00-3:00 basic machine binding

Sun. 4/12- from 12:00-3:00 flange binding

Fri. 4/17- from 1:00-4:00 basic machine binding

We plan to hold classes on single fold and bias binding at later dates and offer these clinics for machine binding on a periodic basis. Please let us know your preferences and we'll get something on the schedule.  If you're interested in a basic beginning binding class, please let us know and we'll set something up.   

Cost: $15.00 each session
