Customer Gallery of Projects and Store Hours

We are open by appointment Tuesday and Wednesday for individual shopping

(it's okay to bring a friend!)

Please use this link to reserve a time for individual in-store shopping that suits your schedule.   (there is no need to register or log in, just click on 'next' at the bottom right)

As our local COVID numbers continue to restrict business activity we have limited hours.  We feel it is important to be part of the solution and want to do our best to help mitigate the ongoing spread of COVID-19.   We are transitioning to new school schedules and will reset our shop hours once we have an idea about our homeschool obligations.

We are open for walk-in shopping on Thursday and Friday from 1:00 - 4:00pm

and

 Saturday 11:00 - 2:00pm.

There are a few appointments available on these weekdays as well for individual shopping.  Please use the link on the website to reserve a spot.

We have implemented a few changes to our shop layout and business practices to help maintain social distancing, upgraded sanitizing efforts and require that all customers wear facial coverings for the duration of their visit.  In-store retail services are limited to 30 minutes per Washington State safe-start guidelines.

Here is a little quilt show offering - a few of the projects our customers have been sharing with us - what an amazing variety and so much fun to see these projects come to completion.  What a fun show this would be to see in person right?!!  Thank you for letting us share in your makes - thanks to Rachel, Darene, Caroline, Teresa and Carol for letting us share your photos with everyone.  Keep on stitching!

Rachel's mountain scene
Rachel was working from memory and a photo to recreate a familiar scene - pretty special gift completed!

Darene's great granny quilt

Darene put her collection of reproduction fabrics to great use in this rendition of a Great Granny Quilt from the book Great Granny Squared - by Lori Holt (Bee in my Bonnet).  The fat eighth cuts we send out monthly for our Sampler Club were the perfect way to use up some variety and mix and match the fabrics for fun block combinations.  This project or any other that uses 2.5 inch strips is a great option to use up some of your stash of these sampler cuts (just in case you've been stashing these cuts away)!

Caroline's quilt
Here's a spectacular walling hanging - Caroline's 2nd quilt...can you believe that?  Just look what a little quarantine does for someone's creative skills!

Teresa's book club display
Teresa has time to read and quilt and someone in her book club has a pretty spectacular display fence begging for a quilt show!  These quilts showcase a bit of talent and some fine finishing!

Carol's zen geese quilt

Carol is counting up to 19 for her quarantine efforts - here are a couple of her recent finishes.  The quilt below was inspired by one on an Alex Anderson show - and really offered some practice on quilting.  Carol participated in one of the last classes we offered before COVID hit, and it looks like Tonya Alexander of Stash Lab Quilts has another student off and running!

Happy Stitching!
