Ready or not it's June!

How did we get here?.... still waiting patiently for summer to arrive amidst all the last minute school activities, graduations, summer weddings and vacation plans? Just be sure to schedule some time for projects you enjoy!

This month's 'pin cushion' is a variation you may just need to take on - recycling a favorite tie that you've been hesitant to get rid of, now has an important purpose as your favorite needle case! Our version uses an western theme necktie, no longer in vogue with the former owner, includes a few pages for needles and pins, and a small pocket for a thimble. We developed a simple pattern - and offer up some ideas for variations to make it your own.

Come September - when we're in the midst of a glorious indian summer (can you imagine?!) - you can be creating a fabulous quilt with Reynola Pakusich. Check out her website for a great photo of her latest class offering, and stop by soon or give us a call to sign-up - space is limited!
