More than just quilts!

It's not always quilts and quilting all the time here!  We found these new laminates at quilt market and liked the prints - but loved the details even more.  They are super-soft, and have a water-based urethane laminate that is CPSIA certified, BPA and Phthalate-free, food-safe and earth-safe.  These are even okay to machine wash!  We thought we'd give these 2 prints a try and see what happens.

We snapped up a bit more cork - a few fun colors and a neutral - great for bags and totes and unique accents.  We have a limited supply so if you've been thinking about using cork for a special project - don't hesitate.  We love the new little corky wallet pattern by Sassafras Lane - shown here in green cork!

A quick toweling apron - or add a fabric edging to a towel - a great way to combine your quilting cottons and use up a few scraps!  This sample takes just 3/4 yard of toweling and a coordinating half-yard of fabric.   That's all you need to make this sweet little apron!  And you won't even feel guilty about wiping your hands on it!
