We are open by appointment Tuesday and Wednesday for individual shopping
(it's okay to bring a friend!)
Please use this link to reserve a time for individual in-store shopping that suits your schedule. (there is no need to register or log in, just click on 'next' at the bottom right)
As our local COVID numbers continue to restrict business activity and school operations we have limited hours. We feel it is important to be part of the solution and want to do our best to help mitigate the ongoing spread of COVID-19. We are transitioning to new school schedules and will reset our shop hours once we have an idea about our homeschool obligations.
We are open for walk-in shopping on Thursday and Friday from 1:00 - 4:00pm
and
Saturday 11:00 - 2:00pm.
There are a few appointments available on these days as well for individual shopping, if openings are available they will be reflected on the calendar in the link. Please use the website booking tool to reserve a spot.
We have implemented a few changes to our shop layout and business practices to help maintain social distancing, upgraded sanitizing efforts and require that all customers wear facial coverings for the duration of their visit. In-store retail visits are encouraged to adhere to the recommended 30 minute limit per Washington State safe-start guidelines. If you would like assistance with your project or selecting fabrics please consider making an appointment to ensure staff availability.
With our current level of smokey air due to wildfires a bit of new reading material and project inspiration might be what you need? We can set you up with curbside pick-up, just give us a call at 360 715-1629 ~ Here are a few of our latest arrivals!
We also have the latest book from Jo Morton, Tried and True and if you're ready to bring some gardening to the sewing room - Petal + Stem by Amy Friend has some wonderful modern floral blocks for foundation paper piecing. If it's just some bright and fabulous fabric that you need to see, the New Vintage collection by Kathy Doughty has arrived. It plays well with several other fabrics on our shelves so there are options to build something fun!
And for subdued florals in the 1800's flavor pink and chocolate always works - this collection from Paula Barnes, Madison Square covers the range of dark to light pretty well.
Let us know if we can help with a bit of fabric enabling! We are still doing curbside pick up and mailing out daily! Nothing to do but stay inside and sew right now. Enjoy!
