Sometimes it just happens - you have to say yes to the fabric, and you don't have a plan or a place to store it...does anyone know what I mean? I thought so.
Some of these groups are fresh and different and just not like the others so that seems like a good enough reason!

Ten inch squares of Gathering in Red by Pam Buda for Marcus Fabrics |
A few repeats from previous Jo Morton collections - these are tried and true, and just may be what your unfinished project needs to tie it all together. These bolts didn't last long the first time we had them, so don't wait too long! Ten inch squares of the full collection - a great way to work applique or small pieced blocks to get variety and cohesiveness at the same time. We have a few other layer cakes in stock too - French General with some larger scale prints.
And here is our latest addition to the monthly modern mini collection. This one might be better titled April Showers, but then again, the sun is shining today! We have fabric kits and patterns available for this one.

And in case you're interested in connecting with other Modern Quilters - there is a local group gathering momentum - it's not too late to join up!
Bellingham Modern Quilt Group meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at Ragfinery(1421 North Forest Street, Bellingham, WA 98225) from 7-9pm. Anyone is welcome to come and don't forget to bring something for sew-and-tell!
