More Lemonade?

Do you see lemons or lemonade?  That is where we're at these days as we wait patiently to hear about the fall plans for schools and encouraging news of some form or another about the world....meanwhile a bit of stitching, comet watching and lemonade making!

We were scheduled to host Leah Zieber of Zieber Quilts this summer, for some viewing of antique quilts and textiles, history sharing and quilt-making.  With COVID restrictions - instead Leah sent us some door prizes and quilt patterns, and we made a small quilt!  We have quilt kits and patterns available, as well as the recent publication Treasure Hunt by Leah Zieber and Linda Collins.  Lots of eye candy and quilt inspiration to get you motivated.

We are available Tuesday through Saturday from 10am - 4pm

We are open by appointment Tuesday through Saturday for individual (it's okay to bring a friend!) shopping.  Please use this link to reserve a time for individual in-store shopping.

Quilt History with Leah Zieber

Happy day, quilters! If you hadn't heard yet, we have a special guest coming in June!

Leah will join us for 2 days of history lessons combining antique quilts, fabric history and a bit of sewing, we'll have specific class descriptions and registration details coming later this month!

Leah is a Southern Californian quilt historian and quilt maker specializing in Antique Reproduction Quilts from the nineteenth century. To learn more about her visit her website here.

She has just released her new book, Treasure Hunt, co-authored with Linda Collins and we have just received our initial shipment!  This book includes gorgeous pictures, great tips and lots of inspiration if you need a new project idea.  I'm having a bit of a struggle picking a favorite to start on, and that cover quilt is looking pretty tempting for a fresh spring look to be stitching on right now!
